GrowMint is a digital wealth monitoring platform that does not constitute a separate legal entity but is a technology product owned by the Company.

3. About the Website

GrowMint's services include retrieving financial information from Financial Information Providers (FIPs) such as banks, mutual funds, and other financial institutions, all of which are aggregated in one place.

You authorize GrowMint to access your information from FIPs for providing services as per applicable laws.

All data retrieved from third-party FIPs is for informational purposes only and is not intended for trading or transactional activities. Any transactions will be directed to the respective platform or website.

Data provided is on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and GrowMint does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy or timeliness of such data.

4. Consent Architecture

To access your information, GrowMint will obtain consent through a standardized consent artefact containing details about your identity, information being requested, the purpose, recipients, and duration.

GrowMint may share your data only as explicitly authorized by you, including sharing with credit or lending agencies as required by law.

Users can revoke consent at any time for the access of their information.

5. Eligibility

The Website is available to individuals and organizations who can form legally binding contracts under applicable laws. Users must be at least 18 years old to register.

For paid services, users must provide valid financial information through GrowMint's approved payment gateway. The Company is not responsible for unauthorized transactions or misuse of payment details.

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. GrowMint does not guarantee that the services will meet your requirements or be error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

GrowMint is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or services. The Company's liability is limited to the fees paid for the services.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GrowMint and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Website, including any violations of these Terms.
