1. General

This Website (https://www.anvtech.co) is owned, operated, and maintained by ANV Fintech Private Limited (referred to as "ANV", "ANV Fintech", "ANV Tech," "GrowMint Family," "We," "Our," "Us"). GrowMint Family is a digital wealth and asset monitoring platform that does not constitute a separate legal entity but is a technology product owned by the Company. It is designed to allow users to link, track, and consolidate their own and their family members' financial portfolios, credit health, and asset information in a single unified view.

The terms "We," "Us," and "Our" refer to the Company, and the terms "You," "Your," and "Yourself" refer to the users of the Website and mobile application ("Users"). "Users" includes anyone who visits, accesses, or uses any functionality or data available on the Website or App.

We are committed to complying with all applicable laws, including those related to the collection, processing, and transfer of personal data, as outlined in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other relevant regulations.

These "Terms of Use" comply with the applicable RBI guidelines for NBFC Account Aggregators and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

2. Important Terms

This document constitutes an "electronic contract" between GrowMint Family and the User, which is legally binding under applicable laws.

This document includes and shall always include (a) the Privacy Policy and (b) any other policy governing the use of the Website or the conduct of transactions.

GrowMint Family reserves the right to modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at its discretion. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. By continuing to use the Website or App after such changes, you accept and agree to the revisions.

3. About the Website and App

GrowMint Family's services include retrieving, consolidating, and displaying financial and asset information in one place. This includes:

• Financial Portfolio Aggregation: Retrieving financial information from Financial Information Providers (FIPs) such as banks, mutual funds, and other financial institutions.
• Credit Score Data Fetch: Fetching credit scores, credit history, and credit profiles from RBI-authorized Credit Information Companies (CICs) / Credit Bureaus.
• Vehicle Information Tracking: Retrieving vehicle details, registration history, valuation, and loan/hypothecation status from government registries (such as VAHAN/Parivahan) or third-party data providers.

You authorize GrowMint Family to access your information from FIPs, Credit Bureaus, and public/private vehicle registries for providing services as per applicable laws.

All data retrieved from third-party sources is for informational purposes only and is not intended for trading, transactional, or formal valuation activities. Any financial transactions or external actions will be directed to the respective platform, bureau, or website.

Data provided is on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and GrowMint Family does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data (including errors in credit reports or government vehicle registries).

Family Group Roles and Features

The App provides a multi-user family aggregation feature where:

• Primary User (Group Administrator): The user who initiates a family group, sends invitations to family members, and is authorized to view the consolidated family portfolio, credit information, and asset trackers (where explicitly shared).
• Family Member: An individual who receives an invitation, joins the group, and links their own accounts/profiles via our consent frameworks to share their financial, credit, or vehicle data with the Primary User.

The Primary User can view the consolidated dashboard of all family members who have joined the group and successfully completed the data linking consent journey.

4. Consent Architecture

To access your information, GrowMint Family will obtain consent through a standardized consent artefact or explicit digital authorization containing details about your identity, information being requested, the purpose, recipients, and duration.

Specific Consent Modalities

• Credit Score Data Fetch: By opting to view your credit score, you provide explicit consent to GrowMint Family to act as your authorized representative and fetch your credit score and credit information from Credit Information Companies (Bureaus) on your behalf. This fetch may be updated periodically to provide ongoing monitoring.
• Vehicle Information: By entering a vehicle registration number, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the vehicle or have explicit permission from the owner to track and pull vehicle history data from official registries.
• Data Sharing: GrowMint Family may share your data only as explicitly authorized by you, including sharing with credit or lending agencies as required by law.
• Right to Revoke: Users can revoke consent at any time for the access of their information.

5. Family Group Consent and Data Visibility

GrowMint Family allows a User to create or join a family group for the purpose of viewing consented financial, credit, vehicle, and asset information in a consolidated dashboard. Joining a family group is voluntary.

No financial account data, credit information, vehicle data, portfolio information, or other asset data of any invited family member will be fetched, synced, displayed, or shared with the Primary User or any other group member unless the invited family member accepts the invitation and provides separate, explicit consent for the relevant data category.

Each family member may choose the level of visibility applicable to their data, including whether to share no data, summary-level data, asset-category-level data, account-level data, credit summary data, vehicle data, or any other visibility option made available in the App. The Primary User will only be able to view the information that the relevant family member has expressly permitted.

A family member may withdraw or modify consent at any time through the App settings. Upon withdrawal, GrowMint Family will stop future syncing of the relevant data, remove the withdrawn data from the family dashboard where technically feasible, and prevent further access by the Primary User or other group members. Withdrawal of consent will not affect processing already completed before withdrawal, data required to be retained under applicable law, regulatory audit logs, security logs, or information that another user may have viewed, copied, downloaded, or otherwise recorded before withdrawal.

The Primary User is responsible for inviting only those individuals whom they are authorized to invite. No User may add, submit, or attempt to access another person's information without that person's knowledge and valid consent.

6. Account Aggregator and Financial Information

Where GrowMint Family enables financial data aggregation through the Account Aggregator framework, such data sharing will be carried out only through consent-based flows supported by an RBI-regulated Account Aggregator and applicable Financial Information Providers and Financial Information Users.

Before any financial information is requested, the User will be shown the relevant consent details, which may include the type of financial information requested, the Financial Information Provider, the recipient or Financial Information User, the purpose of collection, the period for which information is requested, the frequency of access, the validity period of the consent, and the manner in which consent may be withdrawn.

Users may approve, reject, pause, or revoke consent in accordance with the options available through the App or the relevant Account Aggregator interface. Revocation of consent will stop future data fetches for the relevant consent. GrowMint Family will not request or store users' banking passwords, net-banking credentials, ATM PINs, card PINs, or other authentication credentials for accessing financial account information through the Account Aggregator framework.

7. Eligibility

The Website and App are available to individuals and organizations who can form legally binding contracts under applicable laws. Users must be at least 18 years old to register.

If registering as a business or corporate entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind the entity to these Terms.

8. User Registration

Users may need to fill out an online form to register on the Website or App and provide the necessary information and documents.

You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated.

Once registered, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Unauthorized access resulting from a failure to protect credentials is your responsibility.

9. Device and SIM Data Collection for Security and Binding

GrowMint Family collects specific device-level and SIM-related data to ensure secure access, verify user identity, prevent fraud, and protect financial information, in alignment with regulatory and security requirements.

10. Charges and Payment Related Information

GrowMint Family does not currently charge for browsing or using the basic features of the Website and Services but reserves the right to introduce fees for premium or value-added services (such as advanced credit analysis or detailed vehicle history reports) in the future.

For paid services, users must provide valid financial information through GrowMint Family's approved payment gateway. The Company is not responsible for unauthorized transactions or misuse of payment details.

11. Use of Website and App

Users agree not to:

• Upload or share unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
• Violate third-party intellectual property rights.
• Engage in activities that could interfere with or harm the Website's or App's functionality or other users.
• Use the Website or App for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Send family group invitations to individuals who are not actual family members or who have not agreed to share their data.
• Fetch credit scores or vehicle information of third parties without their explicit, lawful authorization.

12. Obligations of the Company

The Company commits to:

• Providing services based on explicit user consent.
• Ensuring that services are backed by appropriate agreements with information providers, Credit Bureaus, and data aggregators.
• Adhering to the Master Directions for NBFC AA services (where applicable) and maintaining strict user data confidentiality in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website and App is owned or licensed by GrowMint Family or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are permitted to use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

14. Third-Party Registries and Bureaus

By using the services, you authorize GrowMint Family to access your FIP account information, Credit Bureau profiles, and vehicle registry entries. GrowMint Family acts as your authorized technology agent to retrieve data but does not initiate external transactions, update your records with government bodies, or affect the management/standing of your accounts.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. GrowMint Family does not guarantee that the services will meet your requirements, be error-free, or that the credit scores and vehicle data pulled from third parties will always be real-time or perfectly accurate.

16. Limitation of Liability

GrowMint Family is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website, App, or services—including, but not limited to, financial decisions made based on credit score data or errors in vehicle registration details. The Company's liability is limited to the fees paid for the services.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GrowMint Family and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Website or App, including any violations of these Terms or unauthorized retrieval of credit/vehicle data.

18. Termination for Violations

GrowMint Family may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or App if you violate these Terms.

GrowMint Family may communicate with you via email, SMS, or in-app notifications. Any notices to GrowMint Family must be sent to the designated contact provided in these Terms.

21. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.

22. Waiver

Failure to enforce any rights under these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

23. Disclaimer

Information provided through the Website and App—including financial data, credit scores, and vehicle parameters—is for informational purposes only and is not intended for trading, legal, or transactional purposes. GrowMint Family is not responsible for any errors, delays, or actions taken based on this information.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, India.

25. Miscellaneous

If your complaint is unresolved after 30 days, you may escalate the issue to the RBI Ombudsman through the portal designed for the purpose - https://cms.rbi.org.in
